🎭 Sergey Abdurahmanov

Sergey Abdurahmanov Portrait

👤 Biography: Sergey Abdurahmanov was born and raised in southern Russia, in Baku (former USSR). He graduated from the University of Art, majoring in art and graphics, and began his career in the early 1980s. His earliest works were expressive and bold—protests against the heavy censorship emblematic of the Soviet era.

🎨 Artistic Evolution: Over time, Abdurahmanov’s style evolved toward impressionism. His focus shifted entirely to the theme of Woman—her soul, body, and essence. In his art, Woman becomes a surreal mystery: radiant, unpredictable, and emotionally vibrant. His compositions explore the dynamic interplay of color and form, while his sculptures and reliefs give tangible depth to these abstract explorations.

❤️ Inspiration: His works are filled with passion, joy, and wonder. They are bright, colorful, extravagant—and like Woman herself—uncontainable. His art continues to inspire collectors and audiences worldwide.
